Group Leader
Averell Sutton
Averell has worked and traveled extensively both in the United States and abroad, including Dominican Republic, Peru and Italy. Averell holds a BA in Public Policy from the Terry Sanford Institute at Duke University and a Master of Public Health from the University of Texas, School of Public Health. Averell is a GHFP scholarship recipient and will be working at Network of Maharashtra by People Living with HIV / AIDS (NMP+, NNP+).

Hannah Cunegin-Gregory
Hannah Odessa Cunegin recently graduated from Lincoln University with a BA in Spanish. Her choice to major in Spanish and minor in computer science was influenced by her exposure to other countries and cultures while traveling with her parents. Hannah has studied abroad and is ready to embark upon a social justice journey to India. Hannah will be working with the Manuski Centre.

Cheyenne Ross
Cheyenne is a native of Brooklyn, NY who began her organizing career as an adolescent. She is currently working as a Youth Liaison for the Department of Education. It is her goal to engage young people in political affairs so that they may transform their communities into places they in which they are proud to live. Cheyenne will be working with Manuski Centre.

Phoebe Sebhatu
Phoebe Sebhatu is of Ethiopian descent. She will be entering her second year as a pharmacy student at University of Iowa this coming fall. Her family’s experience with the inadequate healthcare system in Ethiopia is what sparked her interest in social injustices around the world. She is very excited and thankful for the opportunity to volunteer in India. Phoebe will be working with Manuski Centre.
